Discover Your Dosha - Are you  KAPHA, PITTA OR VATTA?             

Use the chart below to identify which `dosha`, element you most resemble. For each condition just chose whether  Kapha, Pitta or Vatta reflects you most.  Many people are a combination of 2 dosha so when  you have chosen for each line, just add up the majority to see which type you are. For example you may score 6 Kapha and 4 Pitta.  This means that your predominant dosha is Kapha with secondary Pitta tendencies.  The predominant dosha is your key governing element.
