Welcome to the chill out room where you will find a meditation or technique that brings you back to sanity, to re-center, re-focus, to let go and relax. Meditations will change from time to time.
Read slowly carrying out the practice as you go.
Repeat 3 times with pauses for reflection.

 METTA BHAVANA - LOVING KINDNESS MEDITATION - ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance creates a space for change- allowing you to deeply relax and let go of unneccesary tensions, cultivating qualities of of Peace and Equanimity.

Simply allow your breath to flow freely
As deeply as you need to. Long exhalations
Being aware of any restriction in you body as you breathe
And breathing through them.

In you mind saying
`May I completely accept myself` - repeating this slowly, silently, breathing into the words in your mind.
If any conflicting thoughts or negativity arise, breath into them, and Accept them also.
Allow feelings of Acceptance, relaxation. to wash through you.
Through your whole body from your head, to your shoulders, arms, heart, belly legs and feet.
Feeling qualities of self-acceptance flow through you.

Now bring to mind someone who you find it difficult to Accept, someone who you resist or judge.
Bring them to mind as if you see them in their every day life.
Breathe deeply into your body, into what you see and feel.

Saying inwardly ` May I completely Accept you`  - repeating the phrase in your mind.
Feel feelings of Acceptance flow from you to them.  Relax with them.

Return to your breath and inwardly say `May I be Happy,  May I be Peaceful,  May I be Free,
`As I am May all Being be Free`.  Repeat a few times.

Walk frequently in wild surroundings, in the elements wind and rain

Frequest place near water - sit and gaze - watch llife on the water

Eat consciouly avoiding too many sitmulants like sugar, coffee and alcohol - they are depressants

Make friends with like minded people and not like minded people

Empty your mind by deeply relaxing or meditating each day

Experience pleasure - abandon your ego and love your true self
